1. Senior Marketing Executive and/or Assistant Manager – Marketing
Either a Senior Marketing Executive or Assistant Manager – Marketing both are brand champion / ambassador & are responsible for formulating, co-ordinating & implementation of Indonesia’s marketing programs/activities, ability to create integrated marketing communication concept & strategy, build relationship with 3rd party agencies for joint programs, planning and execution of planned marketing/A&P/branding activities; hands on with product knowledge and the coordination of product launches and tradeshows throughout Indonesia

Key Responsibilities :
a. Responsible for all marketing programs/projects set by local team and/or Regional marketing team.
b. Involved in building strong brand awareness as well as handling for promotions (ATL & BTL), media placement and events
c. Provide support in compiling competitors’ analysis and managing customers’ database
d. Formulating the strategy & implement suitable channel program, Advertisement & Promotion and PR activities to support overall country business performance.
e. Initiate and co-ordinate joint marketing programs with appointed PR / advertising agency /vendor/media or other party.
f. Take leadership in co-ordinating with distributors and/or resellers to develop marketing activities schedule
g. Responsible for the localization of marketing communication materials (POS, website, User’s Guide) and PTT application (as per needed).
h. Take leadership in Fuji Xerox Printers’ launch events and/or seminars on new products.
i. Assisting Country Sales Manager in controlling & managing the marketing budget

Qualification & Experience :
1) Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Mass Communication with minimum 5(five) years working experience (preferred from an IT industry)
2) Creative, self motivated with the ability to work independently as well as a team player
3) Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
4) Female are preferred with age maximum 32 (thirty-two) years old.
5) Certain degree of travelling within Indonesia and/or abroad
6) Senior Marketing Executive would report to Assistant Manager – Marketing, while the Assistant Manager – Marketing report to Country Sales Manager and dotted line to Regional Marketing Manager.

2. Graphic Designer

Requirements :
1. Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree in Art/Graphic Design/Visual Communication Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
2. Creative, innovative, and capable to work in team.
3. Mastering Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and other design software
4. Must have excellent flair, strong typography and lay-out skills
5. Good communication skills (written & speaking) in English and Indonesian
6. Creative, fast learner and self motivated
7. Good interpersonal skills
8. A good team player but able to work independently
9. Ability to work without supervision and see projects through, whilst communicating progress and pertinent issues to the team.
10. Minimum 1(one) year of related working experience. Fresh Graduate are welcome.

5. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (B0)
Responsible for growing and expanding the company by reaching new customers, developing new business avenues for company and also work with other’ departments in their organizations, including operation and merchandising department.

6. HR MANAGER (HR)
Responsible to handle the full spectrum of HR functions (staff recruitments, training development, performance appraisal, compensation & benefit, payroll administration, industrial relation); to guide the managers and other employees in matters related to career development, staffing initiatives, employee relations. workplace ethics and performance management; planning, supervising and coordinating all activities related to employment and labour relations.

7. SUPPLY CHAIN SUPERVISOR (SC)
Responsible for managing different aspects of the supply chain (including product, allocation, transportation, warehousing and distributinn); closely with warehouse, operation, and merchandising; ability to compile & analyze data (numbers) & information to improve sales & reduce cost.

8. STORE SUPERVISOR (SS)
Responsible to effectively lead the implementation of yearly retail strategy in an assigned store, continuously develop sales and profitability of store by implementing retail standard, promotion program, customer service and staff development. and consistently train, coach and counsel the staffs to optimize their own capacity and build a strong competitive teamwork.

9, AREA REPRESENTATIVE (AR)
Responsible for maintaining existing customer base and developing new business. to plan, control, and evaluate the market demand, meet or exceed sales target. achieving sales process standard as prescribed by sales process team, provide good feedback to trades regarding the competition and market – information.

10. AUDITOR (AU)
Responsibility to prepare detailed audit reports, to collect and analyze the data to find out if there is any fraud, violation of laws, regulations and management policies, duplication, etc.,

11. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)
Will be trained in a multi functional area in marketing, sales, operations, and merchandising. After completion of training, potential candidates would be placed in a supervisory capacity in one of our departments.

General Requirements :

Position requirements
A University degree in a relevant engineering, economics or geotechnical subject is a pre-requisite, with a minimum of 3 years experience in exploration and production in a commercial and/or business development role within the oil industry. A specific requirement is for previous demonstable experience of involvement in the analysis of gas and LNG marketing and commercial arrangements. The Company is particularly interested to hear from individuals with an established track record of working in an operating environment in complex transportation and processing systems, either in Indonesia or overseas.
You must be a good communicator with highly effective multi-disciplinary skills and be able to compile, analyse, interpret and present complex technical and commercial information both internally and externally to JV partners and the Indonesian authorities. Good technical and analytical skills with the ability to effectively communicate your results are required. Fluency in English as well as Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory for the position.

Position responsibilities
Your role will primarily comprise providing support within a small commercial team by the analysis of technical and market data utilising a range of business software. You will be responsible for the production of accurate reports and position assessments allowing commercial decision making within eni and the Jangkrik joint venture.
You will report to the Commercial Manager and will liaise directly with other team members.
