- Having prior experiences as HRD Manager, must be able to handle all HRD jobs and related matters, included data administration, selection & recruitment, employee contract, general affair, familiar with manpower rules & regulations.

Pre-Field Technical Service Representative

We are seeking recent graduate engineering with 2 — 3 years working experience to participate in 18 months pre-field marketing training program before taking the role of the first level Technical Service Representative assignment.
You will receive extensive training, coaching and hands-on learning via a rotation program through various department. The program will focus on product application, policy warranty settlements, technical and product repair, dealer development, communication skills and related disciplines Generally, you will learn to administer company policy warranty settlements and work with Service Specialist to ensure dealers have technical capability to identify and repair product deficiencies. You will also assist dealers in managing Product Improvement Program costs effectively and within designated timeframes, as well as provide technical guidance and assist in dealer presentation designed to inform customers of service advantages.
Upon successfully completion of the development program, you will be placed as field-based Technical Service Representative in Caterpillar’s Business to Business based distribution system.

Requirements:
To be successful in this position, you will have a Technical degree such as Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, with 2-3 years working experience in a related industry )overseas education or work experience). you will possess excellent communication analytical and technical skills with strong customer focus. You must also be open to challenging and new experiences, with the ability to travel and relocate.

G-Resources is a Hong Kong listed gold mining and exploration company. It has acquired the world-class Martabe gold-silver project in northern Sumatera, Indonesia. Already in development, Martabe is expected to commence production of gold in 2011. The mine will be capable to producing at a rate of 250,000oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum. PT. Agincourt Resources is pleased to invite applications for the following role:

COMMUNITY RELATIONS SUPERINTENDENT
(CR 1147)
This position will be based in Martabe with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and reports directly to the Deputy Community Relation Manager. Roles of this position are to:
- Design and develop a constructive and sustainable community relations program to ensure that relations with the communities and the mine are harmonious and based upon mutual understanding and respect in sustainable manner.
- Support government relations function of the Company in obtaining social and legal licence to operate.
- Build, maintain and enhance good relationship with all groups of NGOs, locally and nationally working at Batangtoru, Padang Sidimpuan and Medan.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor degree (preferebly Master degree) in relevant social science with a minimum of 6-8 years working experience on corporate social responsibility and stakeholders relationship within mining multinational company.
- Supervisory experience in community relations involving multiple nationalities and diverse cultural issues within a mining project environment
- Excellent knowledge on Governmental Organizations of different categories, type and sizes
- Experienced in facilitating social development assessment and planning
- Experienced in social project/program designing and presentation
- Reasonable level of problem solving, able to motivate and lead the team
