This position will be based in Martabe with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and reports directly to the Deputy Community Relation Manager. Roles of this position are to:
- Design and develop a constructive and sustainable community relations program to ensure that relations with the communities and the mine are harmonious and based upon mutual understanding and respect in sustainable manner.
- Support government relations function of the Company in obtaining social and legal licence to operate.
- Build, maintain and enhance good relationship with all groups of NGOs, locally and nationally working at Batangtoru, Padang Sidimpuan and Medan. Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor degree (preferebly Master degree) in relevant social science with a minimum of 6-8 years working experience on corporate social responsibility and stakeholders relationship within mining multinational company.
