1.Project Manager
Formal Education:
At least Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Advanced degree is preferred

Knowledge:
-Project Management. PMI Certified is preferred.
-Banking Product, Processes and System.
-Banking Risk Operation.
-System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Development Life Cycle (PDLC)
-IT Skill: Programming (J2EE/.Net), Database (RDBMS, Oracle/MSSQl/DB2), OS (Unix, Windows).

Competence:
-Strong Leadership.
-Teamwork Orientations and co-operate with people
-Good analytical thinking, able to identify the real issue and able to look for variation of problem solving strategy
-Stress resistance, energetic and consequent in acting and goal achieving
-Eager to learn the new technology
-Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skill both English and Indonesia.

Working Experience:
At least 7-8 years relevant working experience in IT or Banking (As Project Manager or IT Lead or System Analyst). Preferable experience in handing large scale project.

2.System Analyst
Formal Education:
At least Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Advanced degree is preferred

Knowledge:
-Application Development: J2EE, J2SE, JSP, JDBC, .Net , Web Services.
-Database: Oracle 9i/10g/11g, MS SQL 2000/2005/2008, DB2.
-Operating Systems : Unix( AIX, Solaris) Windows, Linux, OS400
-Application Platforms : Oracle WebLogic, IBM Websphere, Apache Tomcat
-System Analyst
-Bankin Risk Operation
-IT Architecture & IT Quality Assurance & IT Policy
-System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
-Project Management

Competence:
-Teamwork Orientations and co-operate with people
-Good analytical thinking, able to identify the real issue and able to look for variation of problem solving strategy
-Stress resistance, energetic and consequent in acting and goal achieving
-Eager to learn the new technology
-Good understanding and communication in English is required (both verbal and written)

Working Experience:
At least 5-6 years relevant working experience in IT Development (As System Analyst or Application Developer).Preferable experience in handing large scale project.

3.Business Analyst
Formal Education:
At least Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Advanced degree is preferred

Knowledge:
-Business /Process Design Tools, preferable Aris.
-Banking Product, Processes and System.
-Banking Risk Operation.
-System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
-Project Management.

Competence:
-Teamwok Orientations and co-operate with people
-Good analytical thinking, able to identify the real issue and able to look for variation of problem solving strategy
-Stress resistance, energetic and consequent in acting and goal achieving
-Excellent communication in English is required (both verbal and written)

Working Experience:
At least 5-6 years relevant working experience in Banking unit or Banking Operational unit or IT unit. Preferable experience in handing large scale project.

4.Application Developer
Formal Education:
At least Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Advanced degree is preferred

Knowledge:
-Application Development: J2EE, J2SE, JSP, JDBC, .Net , Web Services.
-Database: Oracle 9i/10g/11g, MS SQL 2000/2005/2008, DB2.
-Operating Systems : Unix( AIX, Solaris), Windows, Linux, OS400
-Application Platforms : Oracle WebLogic, IBM Websphere (MQ / WAS), Apache Tomcat
-System Analyst
-Banking Risk Operation
-IT Architecture & IT Quality Assurance & IT Policy
-System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
-Project Management

Competence:

-Database: Oracle 9i/10g/11g, MS SQL 2000/2005/2008, DB2.

6.Test Analyst
Formal Education:
At least Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Advanced degree is preferred

Knowledge:
-Testing Tools such as HP Load Runner / Rational Software Quality Management Product (Quality Manager / Rational Robot / Performance Tester, etc)
-Database: Oracle 9i/10g/11g, MS SQL 2000/2005/2008, DB2.
-Operating Systems : Unix( AIX, Solaris) Windows, Linux, OS400
-Banking Risk Operation
-IT Quality Assurance & IT Policy
-System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
-Project Management
