We are seeking qualified candidates for the following position: CT, Nitrogen, Cementing Operator and Supervisors Plans and performs necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as needed. Responsible for equipment rig up and rig down on a location and the preparation of equipment for performing a job. Provides planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew. Ensures customer satisfaction with jobs performed. Coordinates the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. Provides input on individual performance levels of his/her subordinates providing on-the-job skills development to enhance job performance. Given the nature of oil field service work, the ability to communicate effectively with others is necessary. Promotes Process Improvement Initiatives, safety, awareness and environmental consciousness. Must possess the ability to understand Well Bore schematic, computer programs and operational procedures. Must possess good leadership. Requirements :
- Education: High School graduate as minimum.
- Years of experienced needed: Three years
- Specific skill required: Field experience operating Coiled tubing, Nitrogen or Cementing equipment for Oil Field services.
- English proficiency both oral and written.

The DSF is a government-led facility supported by eight donors and the World Bank whose principal purpose is to support the decentralization agenda of the Government of Indonesia, particularly as this pertains to improved service delivery for citizens. Short Term Consultants:
A. Two Institutional Development Specialists
B. One Planning and Budgeting Specialist Working closely with to the Ministry of Home Affairs (Direktorat Jenderal Pemerintahan Umum) and Bappenas (Deputy of Regional Autonomy), services will include:
1. On the basis of institutional analysis, provision of advice on organisational design and development
2. Development of an action plan for inter-regional cooperation
3. Analysis, and recommendations concerning, questions associated with the establishment of the Joint Secretariat for Coordination of Inter-Regional Cooperation General requirements for A (two consultants) include:
- Advanced university degree (S2 or higher) in a relevant discipline, such as urban and regional planning, public policy, public administration, law, economics or management (required);.
- At least ten years of work experience in regional development issues in Indonesia, including a strong background in at least two of: quantitative and qualitative research; regional planning; intergovernmental cooperation and organisational analysis and development (required);
- Familiarity with decentralization and regional autonomy policies and regulations, particularly related to inter-regional cooperation (desirable);
- Experience working with national, regional agencies and non government organisations (desirable) General requirements for B (one consultant) include:
