Risk & Governance Co-Ordinator Jakarta Reporting to Finance Controller, this position will be based on Jakarta and responsible to construct, implement and fine-tunerisk and governance systems as they apply to the IndoMet Coal Project. This position also accountable for delivering the business objectives as set out in the Project business plan, liaise with functional, operational and project managers inplanning and administering best practice Risk Management Systems and also accountable for the effectiveness of Commercial Services Compliance & Governance processes (includes SOX, internal audit, Group Level Documents (GLD’s),insurance, Quarterly Site Health Checks, Approvals Framework, policy development and maintenance). To be considered for this position, you must have minimum 4 years experience in Risk Management System, Commercial Services Compliance & Governance process, and having tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Related discipline.
