PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

Requirements:
- University graduates
- Two years working experience
- Have knowledge about textiles and understand dynamics of garment business
- Have knowledge about fabric purchase
- Have knowledge and skills of computer
- Good English communication skill both oral and written
- Hard working and good administrative skills
- Able to maintain the good record
- Able perform even under pressure
- Understands the importance of meeting the committed timeline to meet garment delivery

Our company is forming an alliance with one of the region’s foremost suppliers of expatriate wellsite geologists, who are preparing teams of “one expat plus one Indonesian national”, in response to growing demand from major oil company clients in Indonesia.

Our company is looking for senior experienced wellsite personnel to help form these teams, which we expect will be in high demand among our oil company clients, and we will be offering excellent compensation. You will need a minimum of 15 years wellsite experience in the oil and gas industry, and our partners would very much prefer 10 years of this to be offshore. Good English skills are necessary. Experience in difficult or specialist drilling regimes is an added bonus. So please, when replying to us (in English) please identify any experience in HP/HT, deep water, overpressure and horizontal drilling.

Posisi : Engineer, Start Up & Commissioning

The purpose of this position is:
To ensure system within assigned functional scope is operable, in order to support achievement of section objectives in cost effective, safe and timely manner.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:
1. Perform problem solving in assigned functional scope, in order to have a fit design regarding field condition and to meet all standard in safe and timely manner.
2. Provide data, information and documents (i.e., final report) according to commissioning and start up component/equipment within assigned functional scope to support handover package.
3. Perform pretest activities in the middle of on going project, in order to ensure within assigned functional scope is operable according to field conditions, cost effectiveness and safety issue.
4. Perform commissioning of component/equipment and system test package in advance of start up of actual testing and documented the result as well.
5. Identify and implement subordinate’s development needs to enhance their capabilities.
6. Guide, monitor and control the implementation of safety standards and procedures within work area to minimize accident and damage.

The key challenges in this position include:
- Deal with project complexity in time limited, broad area of work and high-risk installation.
- Technology transformations of system and or installation are fast.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:
Minimum Education and Experience
- S1 Degree in Electrical or Mechanical with minimum 5 years working experience in heavy industrial and mining industry.
Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)
- Familiar with related equipment (relay protection and switchgear high voltage for Electrical, rotating equipment for Mechanical/Piping).
- Knowledge of mining construction.
- Project Management.
- Other standard competencies.

The key areas in which you have decision-making responsibility are:
- Technical review on design or work procedures, including the decision on Field Change Notice (FCN) for assigned installation based on field inspection and testing.
- Perform a test of specific request within assigned installation area.
- Approve subordinate’s leave request.
- Stop operation if there is any unsafe condition or violation.
