Kami bergerak dibidang pertambangan dan agroindustri. Saat ini kami memerlukan (1) satu orang untuk mengisi posisi Officeboy untuk membantu mengerjakan berbagai pekerjaan umum kantor beserta reception.

Kualifikasi:

- Laki-laki / perempuan (lebih diprioritaskan)
- Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK
- Dapat mengoperasikan program-program MS.Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer/internet
- Pekerja keras, produktif, dapat diandalkan, bertanggung jawab dan jujur
- Rapi dan terorganisir
- Dinamis, proaktif dan berinisiatif kuat
- Otodidak, self-starter, mampu belajar hal-hal baru dengan cepat
- Mampu bergerak cepat dan ligat
- Dapat mulai bekerja 1 Oct 2010
- Gaji tetap Rp1.000.000,00/bulan, masa probasi 3 bulan (Rp800.000/bln)

Job Description:

Membantu Mengerjakan berbagai pekerjaan umum kantor, termasuk reception dan tugas office Boy

Jenis-Jenis Pekerjaan:

Archiving
- Digital Archiving (Scanning & OCR, Editing, Organizing)
- Filing Hard Documents

Data and Peripherals
- Pengolahan Data via XLS, etc
- Simple data Entry dan Input Data
- Peripherals & computer maintainance

Assistance
- Macam-macam tugas sampingan dari management
- Menjalankan tugas-tugas ke luar kantor
- Mencari dan mengolah Informasi (via Internet/phone/media)

Office
- Operator Telepon
- Menerima Tamu
- Menghidang ke Tamu
- Bertanggung jawab atas kebersihan rutin kantor
- Penyediaan utilitas kantor dan hardware
