Monitor that work orders are completed to a good standard and are returned to the planning dept in a timely manner. Ensure that all tools and equipment used in the electrical section are maintain to a high standard. Monitor the quality of work produced in the electrical workshop and establish procedures to verity and improved the quality of work particularly with individuals. SUPERVISOR MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE FIXED PLANT (SM) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for all aspect for managing a crew of up to 11 technician in the maintenance of the mechanical equipment in the fixed plant area, from primary crusher through the process plant to the tidings dam area. This equipment includes primary crusher and coarse ore stockpile, sag and ball mill area, CIL area. including concentrate regrind. thickening and reagent areas. concentrate handling including filtration and plus a any outstations. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Electrical Degree or equivalent (SE) and have experience on this position minimum 3 years 2.
