POWER GENERATION OFFSHORE (PGO)
SALES MANAGER
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electric Power Engineering/ Marine Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of Sales and Marketing experience with proven track record
- Good knowledge in Power Generation, Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Industry, and the Lubricant market
- Have a strong business sense, planning, budgeting and control skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with sound commercial judgment and leadership
- Ability to understand customer demand, influence customer decision making and energizing sales and the customer service team to promote Power Generation, Onshore & Offshore Production business in Indonesia.

The PGO Sales Manager will be responsible to manage Sales and Marketing of Lubricants and related services to the Power Generation and Oil & Gas Production & Drilling sectors within Indonesia in line with business objective, whilst ensuring that BP’s code of conduct and HSSE requirements are upheld at all times. This role will be based in Jakarta and reports to PGO Regional Sales Manager AsPac in Singapore.

The US Embassy Jakarta is seeking an individual for the position of HVAC Maintenance Foreman, (FSN-84/2010) in the Facility Maintenance Unit (FMU). The incumbant holds positions as supervisor of maintenance operations for all conditioning equipment at all Mission properties. S/He schedules all maintenance operations of in-house and contract employees at residential properties and housing Maintenance efforts, including all split air conditioners, heat pumps, cooling tower equipment, central Chancery Chiller Plant.

Qualifications required:
1.Must have completed secondary schooling, and follow-on technical trade school training, equivalent to a Bachelor Degree Level of knowledge in his/her, particular trade, and minor coursework in management.
2.three(3) years experience as Journeyman Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Repairman and extensive administrative Supervisory experience
3.Level III (Good working knowledge) speaking/reading/writing both in English and Bahasa Indonesia including a comprehensive knowledge of technical term relating to his/her field are required
4.Must have knowledge of some local resources of materials and products,local cultures,customs and attitudes in each different region, as well as understanding of the aspects of different jobs and ability to learn how to fulfill and complete various job requirements in accordance.
5.Must have basic knowledge of working appliances of varied brands and models and repair procedures for same. Must have the ability to physically,make repairs or maintenance on all models of A/C, washers, refrigerator,freezers,stoves, etc. and to supervise and instruct workmen in same.
6.Driving skill is required. Must be in possession of valid SIM A
