AUTOMATION DESIGN ENGINEER VACANCY
Qualification
- Male Max 35 years
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Eng. or related engineering field
- At least 7 years experience in the automation design for industrial plants
- Having experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical and chemical industries in an advantage
- Good knowledge of wiring, instrument diagram and industrial automation system
- Knowledge PLC System, HMI, SCADA and Distributed Control System’s, S88 batch standards and experience in implementing batch systems in required.
- Familiar with automation and control systems including allen bradley, siemens, mitsubishi, Rs batch and in bacth
- knowledge of commissioning works
- experience in project management is required
- experience in managerial position is an advantage
- willing to work at the site/overseas (if required)
- Good english in oral and written
- Experience in foreign company in an advantage

Facility Change and Documentation Engineer for Oil & Gas Company (URGENTLY REQUIRED)

A multi national company in Oil & Gas industry is urgently looking for a Facility Change and Documentation Engineer for 1 – 2 years contract term (with possibility for contract extension or permanent position, if performing excellent work) for managing facility change process and engineering documentation.

The qualifications required are as follow.
- Minimum bachelor degree in relevant field (Engineering, IT, or Science Major)
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and technical writing skill.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Facility Change Process (Facility Management of Change) and Engineering Documentation in Oil & Gas industry or Chemical Plant industry.
- Understanding the process of Facility Change Management (Management of Change).
- Understanding of critical engineering documentation (P&ID, PFD, C&E diagram, HAZOP, etc.) and its relation and life-cycle.
- Understanding of equipment tag and document numbering system.
- Ability in writing procedure of Facility Change Process and Engineering Documentation Process (in good English)
- Hardworking and having “get the job done” mentality.
- Skillful in computer and web-based applications (experience in Documentum and Sharepoint is a plus)
- Ability to create engineering drawing in Autocad or Visio is a plus.

The gross salary range will be from Rp 10 millions to 20 millions per months (negotiated based on qualification)

- Report to Operation Director
- Ensure Business compliance with Corporate Standard with respect to contract reviews, corporate requirements and limitations and relevant risk and opportunity management procedures
- Assist project teams to prepare, drafting and negotiate contract, supply agreement, confidentiality agreements, back-back Agreements, etc
- Review contracts and subcontracts, supply agreements, back-to-back agreements, etc prepared by project teams and report on necessary amendments
- Prepare legal review and advise business
- Liaise to external lawyer and internal HO lawyers, when needed
- Assist with the contract management and administration for all life cycle of the project
- Register tender (Registration of Interest)
- Prepare Prequalification Submission and Tender Submission to completion.
- Timely response to Tender questions and timely submission of tender.
- Responsible in assisting in the preparation of tender leading to tender submission
- Admin Support for typing and daily correspondence
- Responsible for document filling system for all correspondences for Prequalification/Prospects & Tender in hard and electronic copies
- Control & maintain correspondences with partner & client during Tender
