Requirements
-Max age 26 years old
-Min S1 graduates from reputable university with min GPA 2,75
-Actively involved in extracurricular activities in school or the community with historical of leadership role
-Good interpersonal and leadership skill
-Be able to explain thoughts clearly , adaptable and mature
-Have driving license class A (SIM A)
-Willing to be placed and relocated in all over Indonesia territory
-Excellent communication in English both oral and written

-Min working exp of 3 years as credit reviewer in banking
-Review credit risk and ensure keep up of PT Bank ICBC Indonesia's asset quality on an ongoing basis
-Evaluate collateral report that is being pledged whether the asset is properly valued clarified related to condition and usage of the respective asset
-Review BI checking and BI Blacklist Checking to the particular borrower or candidate borrower including shareholders and managements

Credit Management (CM) for Jakarta area
-Min working exp of 3 years as credit management area in banking
-Responsible for system and procedure for appraisal of collateral and financial reports of clients (internal appraisal)
-Guide team to conduct credit appraisal of business proposal and process appraisal for appropriate credit approvals
-Review and select a good and reliable consultant or appraisal company to corporate with PT Bank ICBC Indonesia and monitor and make credit reviews where required (external appraisal)
-Prepare Credit Appraisal, Reports/Executive Summary along with relevant data, reports and analysis.
Card Business (Crd.Bus) For Jakarta area
-Participate in establishing banking card business and product system, familiar with the Banking Card issuing, acquiring, ATM , call centre and collection and process
-Provide necessary training to marketing team and correlative departments about Banking Card Business and products
-Manage Marketing Team, including Sales team with leadership qualities, to achieve target sales goals, through performing high impact seeing, delivery of high quality services, focus and effective utilization of MIS data/available resources. This task includes providing clear direction and guidance to Marketing team and ensuring professional conduct all time.

E-Banking (E-Bkg) for Jakarta area
-Participate in establishing E-Banking Business and product line , familiar with the E_Banking Business Process
-Responsible for the security of electronic banking management, the establishment of the implementation of safety management system and risk control system
-Responsible for the operation of electronic banking management, the establishment of related systems, organization and implementation, including internet banking, phone banking, telp banking (Call center) business, including transportation.

General Requirements
-All position min of Bachelor Degree
-Fluent in English both oral and written (Fluent in Mandarin would be an advantage),computer literate
